You will act as a champion for the company culture, conveying it to future employees and working with the current team to find ways to continuously reflect and build.  You will partner with all areas of the company to help our team build and support their organizations. This will involve driving recruitment of the best talent, coaching on team leadership, helping to resolve employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop staff.  This is an opportunity for a driven HR professional to join a successful, fast-growing company and help build a unique and strong people-oriented culture at Spaceback.


  • Partner with leaders within Spaceback to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment of open positions, including the ability to understand business needs, draft job specifications, source and screen candidates, conduct candidate interviews, lead offer management and onboarding.
  • Provide leadership on people related issues and policies across the company.
  • Provide HR support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas including: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, people development and engagement.
  • Provide useful data to help guide decision making and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently.
  • Plan, implement, and measure success of internal policies and initiatives supporting the growth and development of the employees.

  • Skilled talent acquisition specialist with at least 3 years experienceKnowledgeable
  • HR professional with at least 2 years experience
  • Self-motivated to do your best even if no one is watching
  • Growth-minded, always looking for opportunities to improve, both yourself and the company
  • Strategic with the ability to design and implement recruiting strategies for high growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Technically savvy with advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
  • Problem-solver and resourceful thinkerEmpathetic and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and analytically driven
